These terms apply to your use of https://bornonline-srl.com ("the Website"), operated by BORN ONLINE S.R.L., Brădetu no. 71, Nistorești, Vrancea 627232, Romania, Trade Register J39/137/2021, Tax ID RO43708818 ("we", "us"). By using the Website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the Website is for

The Website presents our performance advertising services for businesses. It is for information only. It is not a binding offer and does not create a contract.

2. Who may use it

The Website and our services are intended for companies and professionals acting for business purposes. We do not offer them to consumers.

3. Services only under written agreement

Any engagement starts only when we and your company sign a written agreement or accept a written proposal. That document sets scope, fees, duration and responsibilities. Where it differs from the Website, the agreement prevails.

4. Results and statements

Statements on the Website about revenue generated for clients describe past activity and are provided for information. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, such as the product, the market, platform rules and budget. Nothing on the Website guarantees a future result.

5. Contact form

Use the form only for genuine business enquiries, with accurate information. Automated, abusive or unlawful submissions are prohibited and may be blocked. Requests are limited to a small number per hour from the same connection. Sending a message does not oblige either side to start a business relationship. Personal data in the form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or its form, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or copy it by automated means.

Google, Google Ads and Meta names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to indicate our partner status, as explained in the Legal Notice. No licence is granted other than viewing the Website for your own business evaluation.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. The competent courts of Romania have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that apply to you.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new date. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
